- Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the product, and the quantity ordered.

- Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different production partners and arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking details for each package (if applicable).

- Customs and Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs or import taxes. These fees vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility.

- Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at sweetlabelsignage@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with Printify and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Australia: 7–15 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, the production partner, and any potential shipping delays.

Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product received does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size,
design, or item).
- Your package was lost in transit and cannot be located after a thorough investigation.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:

- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
- Slight color differences due to screen resolution variations.
- Normal wear and tear.

As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error in the order. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Each item is made to order. Production times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product and the production partner.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect order.

3. Review Process: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2–3 business days.

Next Steps

- If your claim is approved, we will process a replacement order or refund (depending on your preference). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
