1 out of 5 starsI was going to write to express my dissatisfaction. I find the pattern very difficult to understand. The thread path is not marked at all. This would help a lot. Something weird is going on around step9. Look at the patterns I have purchased, I am very experience beader, I thought this chain would flow and give me a rest from more difficult patterns. I have shown the patterns to others in my group, all the ladies agree with me. Please rewrite the pattern to look better. It is a beautiful chain I would really like to do it. Sincerely, Louise. Returns
We accept returns 7 days after receiving the item, excluding custom made items and items purchased at reduced prices.
The buyer pays the shipping costs. Refunds are made exclusively on the item price.
Customs fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer both upon receipt and upon return. They will be deducted from the refund amount.

Ear hooks can be replaced by ear hooks with safety flaps for an extra charge of approx. CHF 10.00.
Sizing details
Some of my items can be adjusted in size. Please send me a message stating the item of jewelery and the desired size including the clasp.
Care instructions
All my pieces of jewelry are lovingly made from high quality material and natural stones, glass and / or crystal (see item description).
Of course, metal parts, especially silver, can tarnish. Keep the jewelry as airtight as possible and / or with anti-tarnish paper.
To protect the jewelry, it should not be worn: for sleeping, showering, bathing and exercising. Perfume, body cream and hairspray should be applied and dry before putting on the jewelry.
Use a soft piece of jewelry fabric to clean it.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I send my jewelry in a nice cloth bag. Together with a small cleaning cloth.
The piece of jewelry can also be delivered in a cardboard jewelry box for an additional charge. There are also higher shipping costs because it then has to be sent as a package. I will be happy to clarify the price on request. Please tell me the country to which the delivery is to be made.
