Sizing details

We provide a detailed size chart in each product listing to help you choose the right size. Please measure yourself and compare it with the chart to find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering a size up for a more relaxed fit.

Care instructions

To care for your t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie and to ensure the longevity of your item, we recommend:

- Washing inside out with cold water
- Using a mild detergent
- Avoiding bleach
- Tumble drying on low heat or laying flat to dry
- Not ironing directly on the design
- No dry cleaning

Custom and personalized orders

We offer customization options for many of our items. You can add your name, a special date, or a custom design. Please reach out to us through Etsy messages with your request, and we'll be happy to assist you.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Outside of peak holiday seasons, all items are made to order with a standard processing time of 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days during non-peak seasons, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please remember that shipping times are in addition to shop processing times.

A tracking number is provided once your order ships, and all delivery dates shown are estimates only.

What are your processing and shipping times during the holiday season?

During the holiday season, processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volume and carrier delays. All items are made to order, and shipping begins after processing is complete.

Holiday shop processing times and order cutoff dates can be found in our shop banner or announcement. Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can follow your package.

To help ensure timely arrival, we recommend ordering early.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and changes or cancellations will not be possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

Please contact us before returning any items. Returns must be authorized and sent to the designated return address provided after approval, as returns cannot be processed at the address listed on your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Because all items are made to order, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We strive for quality, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
