How long does it take to receive my order?
➡️ Currently the item is made to order for ONLY DIGITAL product, once the purchase done, please check your email within 1-2 business days. I will send you the artwork for revision (up to 3 times) and once it’s approved, the digital files will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
➡️ For physical product (Print item), after the proof is approved by customer, I directly proceed to the printing partner. It usually takes up to 21 days in total ( during high peak season like valentines, Christmas, Mother's day,etc.)
What type of photo should I send?
➡️Please send me photo with clear figure(s) or portrait(s) for best quality result of artwork.
