The store is named after Teddy, a French bulldog living his best life in a seaside town on the east coast of the UK.
To keep Teddy in the lifestyle he is accustomed to, we set up our Etsy shop to sell fun and funky coffee mugs.
We are confident that you'll love our mugs, and here's the reasons why:
1. Most of our mugs can be personalised. If you can’t find a mug within the large selection in our store, then simply contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to create a design that suits your needs.
2. Our mugs are created using sublimation. This process in simple terms means that your design will be permanent on your mug which means you can microwave it, as well as clean it in the dishwasher
3. We package all our mugs in smash proof boxes to reduce the risk of damage during delivery. However, if by chance your mug is delivered broken (couriers can be heavy handed at times) then simply contact us and we will send out a replacement immediately.
4. We aim to despatch all mugs within 48 hours of receiving the order when possible.
To summarise, we strive to provide the best quality product and customer service possible. We realise that it’s the only way we can keep Teddy supplied with dog treats :o)
