HOW DOES IT WORK?
After purchase, you’ll receive access to your editable Canva template. Open the template link, make a copy in your Canva account, personalize your design, then download and print or share digitally. It’s quick, beginner-friendly, and you can edit from a computer, tablet, or phone.
Mobile tip: If you’re having trouble accessing your Etsy digital files, sign into Etsy through your phone’s web browser rather than the Etsy app.
WHAT CAN BE EDITED?
Most templates allow you to personalize the text, names, dates, event details, wording, font styles, and certain colors or design elements.
Some artwork, backgrounds, or decorative elements may be locked or fixed to keep the design properly formatted. Please check the individual listing description for exactly what can be edited on that particular template.
DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE?
No! You do not need to download or install special design software.
My templates are edited using Canva, an easy-to-use online design platform. A FREE Canva account is all you need for my templates. No Canva Pro subscription required.
WHAT PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For invitations, cards, signs, and smaller prints, I recommend a quality white cardstock with a matte finish for a beautiful, professional look. Around 80–110 lb cardstock works well for many projects, depending on your printer.
For designs with a kraft paper look, you usually do not need to print on actual kraft paper if the brown kraft texture is already part of the design—the kraft background will print directly onto white paper or cardstock.
For large banners, choose the banner/poster material offered by your printer that best fits where you'll display it.
WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL ITEM?
No. All items in my shop are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Nothing will be shipped to you. You’ll receive the files or template access needed to personalize your design and print it yourself or through a printing service.
