Custom and personalised orders
Some orders are already set up in order for you to personalize them. However, if you have any changes on any of the other listings, you can send me a message via Etsy and I'll check if it would be possible.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am not able to add gift wrapping at this time (hopefully soon). No pricing information is included in the packaging.
Sizing details
All shirts and sweatshirts, even the ones from different suppliers, run true to size. Please refer to the sizing chart located on the photo section of each listing. For non-apparel items, size specifications will also be indicated within each listing description and/or photo section.
Care instructions
For the garments:
-Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle.
-Dry on low heat setting.
-Do not bleach.
-Do not dry clean.
-Do not iron directly on the design.

Delivery dates
Delivery times in Etsy are an estimated based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery dates guarantees. Please plan accordingly, we'll be doing our best on our side! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.
Design/print issues
Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer returns only, within 14 days
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
I entered the wrong address for shipping. What do I do?
If you notice an error prior to shipping, reach out to us immediately and we will attempt to correct it.
If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our printing partner and we have no way of recovering them.
