💗 Our shop was created by me, Brittany, a mama of THE 2 cutest kids ever (at least I think so 😉) because one of my life's callings is to bless other mamas with pretty and practical products for their kiddos that bring them joy!
🎨 As a kid, I was always drawing or painting something to give as a gift, or sketching a new renovation design idea for my family's home. As an adult, I became a professional photographer, which I've now done for the past 14 years! Specializing in photographing newborns and families with young kids, plus raising my own 2, has given me a deeper love for functional AND beautiful products- whether that be custom wall art for the baby's nursery, shelves that showcase some of the family's heirlooms, or a beautiful custom invitation for a child's birthday party. And if I can take the stress out of the shopping, creating, curating, or planning aspect for another mama- sign me up!!
🎨 The shop name was inspired by my middle name, which I was given in memory of my late aunt, Stacy Ellen. Although I never got to meet her, from what I know about her, we're a lot alike in our love for art, music, and animals. My daughter's name, Ella, was also inspired by the Ellen name, so it seemed perfect to name this shop Ellen Design Co- after all of the Ellens who inspired it!
💗 Our mission (I say "our" because my kids, Ella and Roman are very involved with all of their mama's business endeavors and projects!) is to help bring you joy by providing customized, beautiful, timeless + classic products for you and your kiddos, while making the whole process simple and easy. We can guarantee that you'll receive excellent service, high quality products, and thoughtful attention to detail.
