They were very responsive and offered a workable alternative so I could get something close to what I needed while still keeping the integrity of the piece. When the poster arrived, the measurement was slightly off, but the piece itself is beautiful and looks great. Overall, I appreciated how accommodating and easy the seller was to work with, and I’m very happy with how it turned out!
