5 out of 5 starsI bought a couple of items a year ago and found them to be useful, so I wanted to grab some more. This workbook has several exercise to complete and quite a few journal prompts to reflect on. As we move along in life, it's easy to lose oneself in it. This will be very helpful in identifying one's personal values.

5 out of 5 starsI bought a couple of items a year ago and found them to be useful, so I wanted to grab some more. The code was easy to use, and it turned out that I already had a login (for a couple other courses from some time ago) that I forgot about which was a nice surprise. The videos are well done and aren't too long. There's also a workbook included with 4 well thought out exercises. There is a lot to them and will require thought and time. I'm so glad I decided to get this!

5 out of 5 starsThis is a great printable! The list of values provided is extremely comprehensive and includes values that are not on typical internet lists. The prompts, however, are the best part. They also include more meaty questions that allow you to dig deep into the notion, rather than just selecting surface-level values that fall by the wayside because they aren't really integrated into your decision making process. Good for the person who is ready to get serious about living from intention.
