5 out of 5 starsI have yet to receive this item. They answered my first question in the very beginning 4 days later. Since then they have not replied to my questions after that to where is my shirt?? I am going to Gatlinburg next week and stop in their shop and plan to find out where my item is, if I can pick it up there or get my refund. They charged my account immediately a month ago. I have NEVER had this kind of problem with any of my purchases through Etsy. I will be filing a complaint if this cannot be settled when I go there. ********* UPDATE: ********** After 2 more unanswered text & calling twice leaving a message w/employees, the 3rd call I spoke to Tricia the general manager. She quickly handled the whole situation. Got the shirt out to me immediately. Got it the next day & the shirt is perfect! Thank you! 5 stars!!
