1 out of 5 starsPattern does not create the pictured character. Instead of a one piece head and snout, the pattern just repeats a ball shape. Will not be ordering another pattern from this designer.

1 out of 5 starsThe pattern does NOT create the pictured item. The directions create a head with a VERY small (virtually non-existent) snout. And even that snout is supposed to be created by the way you stuff the head, not by extra rounds or stitches. The patter also does not include a black nose on the snout.

I'm sorry to hear that the Puppy didn’t turn out as you expected. As noted in the Construction Overview (Page 7) and Round-by-Round guide (Page 8), this specific pattern is engineered as a seamless, one-piece head and snout to avoid the 'bulging' or 'angular' look of traditional sew-on muzzles. The elongated profile is achieved through 5 rounds of straight crochet (Rounds 8–12) and, as the pattern emphasizes, specific stuffing techniques to define the front third of the face.Regarding the facial features, the design is intended to be 'minimalist' and 'safe for all ages,' featuring a Facial Embroidery Guide (Page 15) for a sleeping expression rather than a plastic or 3D-crocheted nose.

The buyer appears to have restarted the section incorrectly, resulting in duplicate pieces. This is a user error, not a flaw in the pattern. The pattern has been tested and other customers have successfully completed the item as shown.
