Frequently asked questions

Do you have a website?

Yes! Please visit therandomimage.com for all things art related, new products and special offers. Gift cards are now available on my website. Framing is also available on orders within Australia.

Trade & Art Licensing

If you have a large commercial project, new product campaign or corporate event, images are now available for licensing. Trade discounts are available for interior designers & art consultants. Please get in touch via my website therandomimage.com & email.
*Please note - pricing for image files varies for personal use and commercial projects.

Do you create custom orders?

If you are after something specific, please get in touch. Custom orders depend on availability of flowers and plants and what is in season locally at the time of request.
*Please note , custom orders will incur an upfront fee of $50 aud plus the additional print order charge once complete.

In what finishes and mediums can I print my downloads?

All files are of a high resolution allowing you to have your images printed on a large variety of mediums - fine art paper, canvas, metal, acrylic and wood. Fine art papers come in glossy, lustre (satin or pearl) and matte. Lustre is my finish of choice as it's a versatile paper between gloss and matte, has less glare and not likely to show fingerprints. It has a fine texture and excellent colour quality suitable for images with lots of black.

Where should I have my downloads printed?

This of course depends on your location. A quick web search will show print labs in your locale with most offering an online service where you can upload your files, have them printed and shipped to your location. For optimal print quality, professional photo labs are recommended. In Australia, there's Frameshop, MatteImage, Pixel Perfect, Image Science, Poster Factory and many more. U.S. print shops include Shutterfly, Amazon Print, Staples and Walgreen. Drop-shippers are great too including The Print Space, Printful and Gelato.

How do print sizes and ratios work?

Prints in a 2.3 ratio can be printed as 20x30cm, 30x45cm, 40x60cm, 50x75cm, 60x90cm and in most cases 70x105 cm and 80x120cm.
Prints in a 3.4 ratio can be printed as 30x40cm, 45x60cm, 60x80cm and in most cases 75x100cm.
Prints in a 4.5 ratio can be printed as 20x25cm, 40x50 cm, 60x75 cm and in most cases 80x100 cm.
Prints in 1.1 ratio can be printed to any square size.

Dimensions listed are standard sizes you'll find on most print sites, but remember they can be printed to anything in between, just be sure to check with the company first.

Please message Nadia prior to purchase if you require a custom size. Images can be cropped to suit most size requirements when kept within a similar ratio.
