All items in my shop have been previously owned and are sold as-is. Due to the nature of pre-owned items, most will have normal age related wear and scuffs . Noteworthy imperfections (chips, dents, cracks, crazing, scratches, stains, tarnish etc) will be pointed out to the best of my ability via product description and photograph. If you have any questions, please let me know prior to your purchase.

I ship ready made items USPS with tracking from my shop within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday).

Understand that the shipping dates given by Etsy and USPS are ESTIMATED delivery dates.

Because shipping rates continue to increase, I no longer offer free shipping on some items in my shop.

Shipping delays are out of my control once your order is accepted with USPS; therefore, I do not guarantee delivery dates.

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be in original condition and packaging.

I can create a return label for you so all you will need to do is print the return label and affix it to the returned package. Once the package is returned to me, I will deduct the price of shipping/label from your refund amount.

You can purchase your own label from the USPS local post office. Return to The Second Back Porch Studio. See return address on your label or contact me for the address. Please make sure to purchase a label with tracking and pass along the tracking number to me. Once the package is returned to me, I will issue you your refund.

Because of the nature of collecting and selling vintage items, many items are truly unique and there is no identical replacement available in my shop, making an exchange impossible.
