All bracelets are made with a wax-coated polyster thread which can be exposed to water. After a while, the wax will wear down a little making the thread a little more flexible but still able to go in the water.

I usually get orders out within 1-2 business days, sometimes even in the same day. If for some reason you need to cancel the order, please try contacting me within 24 hours of the order before its shipped.

I consider bulk orders over 50 bracelets of any type. I can do bulk orders but do need adequate time to complete orders as most of my items are made to order (and I'm a one woman shop!).

For 50-100 bracelets, I would need about 2-3 weeks. For 100-200 bracelets, I would need up to 5-7 weeks. Please reach out to me as I would love to work something out for your event!

Additionally, I offer a 20% bulk order discount on orders of 50 bracelets or more.

I can customize most of my listings (such as change a charm, customize a handmade resin charm, or change a color), or create something completely new for you or your event. These listings will be marked as customizable. The most popular style would probably be the original style bracelet that can be customized with up to 10 colors. But I have many charms at my disposal as well. Just message me to let me know what you're thinking and I'll be happy to work with your ideas!

While I curate my style packs to go together, I understand that someone may only want or be able to afford individual bracelets from them. I allow individual bracelets to be bought from style pack listings but Etsy only shows the price for the least expensive item when browsing through the shop. Prices for each individual item or the entire style pack aren't available until you click on the listing. Not my favorite feature but wanted to be up front about it!

Most bracelets are waterproof and don't require any maintenance but some of the charms I use are more delicate than others. These products will be noted but in general, I would not recommend getting the following wet: polymer clay charms or wood bead charms.

My items are shipped with tracking via USPS. If the tracking says delivered, please check around your place of residence as USPS does sometimes “hide” packages to deter theft and prematurely mark packages as delivered but you may receive it the next day.
If it is not found, first start by submitting a case to USPS and initiate a search. USPS uses GPS coordinates to confirm delivery of a package. This will help determine where the package was physically delivered.
If USPS is not able to resolve, please reach out to me via “Help with order” so a case can be opened with Etsy. Etsy offers purchase protection on orders under $250 for some scenarios and this may result in Etsy providing a full refund for your order.
