All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We do my best to use sustainable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible, such as paper wrap, cardboard, and biodegradable packing peanuts. Minimising plastic use is important to us, both for environmental reasons and to align with the values of my shop. That said, for particularly delicate items—like glass, porcelain, or other fragile materials—we may use plastic bubble wrap to provide extra protection during shipping. In these cases, we prioritise reusing clean, pre-owned bubble wrap to reduce waste. If you have any specific packaging preferences, feel free to reach out!

We ship throughout the European Union using fully tracked services. Many of our items qualify for Free EU Shipping via our trusted delivery partner, PostNL. For larger items, combined orders, or shipments exceeding standard weight limits, shipping costs are calculated based on weight brackets (typically 3–5 kg and 5–10 kg). If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please contact us before placing your order. We are often able to combine shipping and provide a more accurate shipping quote based on the total size and weight of your purchase.

We ship to the United States via PostNL, with UPS handling final delivery within the country. All shipments are fully tracked and insured. Orders are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning estimated import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs charges are included in the purchase price to help avoid unexpected fees upon delivery. Shipping costs are based on parcel size and weight. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; a valid residential or business address is required. Any additional fees, customs assessments, or adjustments imposed by U.S. Customs remain the buyer's responsibility. Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments are non-refundable and may incur return shipping charges.

We offer international shipping to the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and South Africa. Orders are shipped via PostNL, our trusted international carrier, which partners with local delivery services in each destination country to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. All shipments include tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated using weight-based pricing tiers (up to 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg). A small €2 handling fee is included in shipping costs to help cover the high-quality packaging materials used to protect your purchase in transit. Please note that any import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are more than happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases! In most cases, Etsy will do this automatically at checkout, applying the delivery charge of the heaviest item. However, if the combined weight of your items exceeds a flat-rate threshold, we may need to cancel the order and recalculate shipping based on the package’s true weight. Please note that packaging and handling fees (between €2–€5) are only charged once per order, even when purchasing multiple items. Please note combined shipping is not available for the heaviest items in my shop and may not always be suitable for every purchase. For the best shipping options and to avoid delays, please contact me before placing your order if you plan to buy multiple items.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged item. This information is required to submit an insurance claim with the shipping carrier, and we will assist you throughout the process. If your order is missing, please contact us once the estimated delivery window has passed. Eligible orders may also be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection, which provides coverage for qualifying lost or damaged orders.
