⭐ Custom and personalised orders
We’re happy to customize or personalize most of our shirts. Custom orders are actually one of our favorite parts of Etsy! If you have a special idea or request, just reach out and we’ll work together to create something uniquely yours.
⭐ What's your return\refund policy?
We’re happy to help if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect. If you notice an issue, please do not wash the item. Take clear photos of the defect and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please message us with photos of the issue and we’ll take care of it.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with cases reported after this time frame.
⭐ Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. During this time, you’re welcome to request a cancellation.
Once the 1-hour window has passed, you are welcome to contact us but cancellations are not guaranteed as we may have already started processing the order.
⭐ What should I do if I receive a wrong\damaged product?
We’re sorry if your item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage, your order number, and any helpful details. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find the best possible solution.
⭐ Can I exchange an item for a different size\color?
Size or color changes can be requested as long as your order has not yet entered production. Please be sure to review the sizing charts included in the product photos before ordering. If you receive an item in the wrong size due to our error, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or refund.
⭐ How are custom and personalized orders handled?
Please include your customization details in the personalization box or send us a message after placing your order.
For simple designs, we’ll move straight into production and print your shirt right away. For more detailed or complex requests, we’ll send a design proof for your approval within 1 business day. If we don’t receive a response in time, we’ll proceed with the closest possible design to avoid delays.
If no specific instructions are provided, default colors will be used for the text and design elements.
⭐ What does "Made to order" mean?
All of our items are made to order and printed specifically for each purchase. We use a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process, which applies the design directly onto the fabric. DTG printing uses water-based, eco-friendly inks for a high-quality and environmentally conscious finish.
