UK ORDERS
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. This is an untracked service.
Royal Mail estimates that parcels will arrive in 2-3 days from dispatch. However, as delays do occasionally occur, we only consider a parcel "lost in the post" after 6 working days and will not send out replacements before this.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
All non-UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. This is an UNTRACKED service. Royal Mail estimates that items will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
However, as delays do occasionally occur, we only consider a parcel "lost in the post" after 14 working days and will not send out replacements before this.
DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Import Fees, Duties, and Customs fees are not included in shipping costs, and are not covered by us under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery method (for example, for express delivery) please get in touch before ordering and we can arrange a custom order!
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please double check that you have provided Etsy with the correct delivery address for your order! If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not reaching you! In this instance, we are happy to re-ship items that are returned to Thefty by Royal mail. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
