If you wish to cancel order, please do so on the day of ordering (or early the next day). I try to send all orders at 4pm (UK) so if you've ordered before then, it has probably already been sent.

Shipping

All items are posted by Royal Mail, excluding the occasional custom order that needs to be sent by courier.

I aim to send all items within 3 working days. If you have ordered something made to order, it will take longer but this will be in the item's information.

All orders to the UK are sent first class so should be with you within 1-2 days of posting.

International orders are sent as standard. If you're in Europe, please allow 3-5 working days delivery. If you're in the rest of the world, please allow 7-21 working days delivery.
