Customer service was perfect! 🫶 I never spent that long for an amigurumi but the pattern was easy to follow and it was so worth it. Crucial steps even contain links to videos. You can tell how much work, love an dedication went into this pattern- and it was worth every cent. I only did the big horse so far but I am looking forward to try the small one as well.
