5 out of 5 starsQi arranged the photos on the football exactly as he saw fit. I had several change requests, and they were all implemented perfectly. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the first shipment; the package simply didn't arrive at DHL. After I contacted Qi about the problem and asked him to send a new one, he did so immediately and without any discussion. That was especially kind. Neither he nor I could be held responsible for the shipping problems. The ball is so beautiful and, above all, a great, unique gift; highly recommended. I have attached a photo, but I have blurred it for privacy reasons.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality was as expected. The print is good. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but that was probably due to the holidays. All in all, I'm very satisfied!

4 out of 5 starsThe puck is very well engraved however, the product would be better if it had been protected in bubble wrap as the box was larger than the puck which means the puck was sliding about in the box and is now marked.
