Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an automated email with a link to download your files. You can also access your digital downloads anytime by logging into your Etsy account, going to "Your Account" > "Purchases and reviews," and clicking the "Download Files" button next to your order.Note: Because our premium graphics are extremely high-resolution, some larger bundles may exceed Etsy's file size limits. In these cases, you will download a PDF containing a secure link to access your files.
Can I use your designs for my small business (Commercial Use)?
Yes! We love seeing our unique designs help your business grow. Most of our clipart bundles include a basic commercial license for small businesses (perfect for creating physical items like stickers, mugs, or planner dashboards). However, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files, nor use them to create new digital design resources. What file formats will I receive?
To ensure the highest quality for your projects, our graphics are provided as high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with transparent backgrounds. This makes them incredibly versatile and easy to layer over any color or background in your favorite design software.
Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. However, we completely understand that genuine mistakes happen! If you accidentally purchase the same bundle multiple times, or if you bought an item by mistake and have not yet downloaded the files, please contact us right away. We will gladly review your order and issue a refund for duplicate or un-downloaded purchases.
