Craft A Home ha sido años de aprender y dominar el arte del ganchillo. Todo comenzó cuando, como madre primeriza, decidí que quería tener la capacidad de regalar a mi hija mayor regalos hechos a mano con mis propias manos. Crecer y ver a todas las damas astutas en mi vida me dio el impulso para tomar un gancho y comenzar. Mis hijas son mi mayor forma de inspiración y me ayudan constantemente con ideas creativas y modelaje. Mi atigrado naranja Jameson era especialmente aficionado al modelaje y lo verás a través de muchas de las fotos en los listados de mi tienda. Él sigue siendo la mayor influencia detrás de todos mis diseños de ropa para gatos.
Me propuse hacer que mi hogar se sintiera más como un hogar a partir de piezas de trabajo hecho a mano que se muestran en todo momento y espero que su hogar comience a sentirse más completo al igual que el mío sabiendo que cada pieza está hecha con cuidado y pensamiento. To Craft A Home has been years of learning and mastering the art of crochet. It started out when, as a new mother, I decided that I wanted to have the ability to gift my oldest daughter handmade gifts made from my own hands. Growing up and seeing all of the crafty ladies in my life gave me the drive to pick up a hook and start. Over the years and through trial and error came designs of my own and eventually the push to start selling my work. My home consists of three daughters, a husband, and four cats, all of who contribute to To Craft A Home in some significant way. My daughters are my biggest form of inspiration and are constantly helping me out with creative ideas and modeling. Every item made from this shop has the seal of approval from both of them. A child's eye to detail and creation can be the most important part of any creative process! My husband is the backbone behind the business, shipping, packaging, and running late night craft runs! And even my four cats play out a huge role in this business with their constant modeling of cat sweaters and testing of catnip toys. My orange tabby Jameson was especially fond of modeling and you will see it through many of the photos in listings in my shop. He remains the biggest influence behind all of my cat clothing designs.
I set out to make my home feel more like a home from pieces of handmade work displayed all throughout it and I hope that your home begins to feel more complete just as mine does knowing that each piece is made with care and thought. I truly enjoy what I do here and hope you do as well.
