4 out of 5 starsPros: Nice weight and love the design. Cons: The end is bent, so it looks wonky when you lay it flat against the surface. I wish it came with hardware. I reread the description and didn't see where it wasn't included. A thank you note would have been a nice touch.

Thank you for the review and the purchase! We appreciate you leaving your honest opinion as that is what helps us grow. We apologize for the product having a bent end as we try our best to package these to help prevent issues during the shipment...unfortunately the shipping carriers have been known to mishandle packages. As far as the hardware goes, we use to ship with hardware but had complaints with the type of hardware we were shipping compared to what the customer wanted to use for fastening so we made the decision to stop sending and let the customer make the choice on what they wanted to use based on the application. We apologize for the lack of appreciation with the packaging as we truly do appreciate your business and in the future we will be implemented those in our orders. Again thank you and God Bless!

4 out of 5 starsWas only able to get a battery pack to slide in a few of the openings, not quite enough clearance. I was able to fix the problem with a burr bit in a few minutes. Overall, it’s super nice, just a minor issue.

Dustin I apologize for the clearance issue...I appreciate your review and will make sure the necessary adjustments are made to size the batteries correctly. We try to hold a tight tolerance with the design to ensure a tight solid hold. Again we apologize for the issue.
