The dresser I ordered came destroyed and not usable. The seller was very nice through out process and tried to help solve with shipping company which took no responsibility. Etsy company stepped and solved within 24 hours! I would buy anything else from this place, but furniture I do not recommend. Furniture needs to be crated and not wrapped in cardboard going through several states across the country. Seller needs to stick to local area when selling furniture. Live and Learn process. My biggest fears came true with experience with furniture arriving in bad condition. I have also learned buying furniture on Etsy not a good idea unless you have an excellent shipping company being used all the time!

Hi Kim Thanks for your review. Even though we have sent out many items cross country and packed this item similarly, there was no way to protect against the shipper running a forklift into the back of it. Since we are not there at the delivery end of things our customers should inspect the item on every side before signing that everything was received in good order, noting this with the shipper before they leave your location would allow for a claim to be made. As noted we worked with you to contact the shipper on your behalf the same day you found damage, unfortunately with a holiday weekend we did not get a quick response but had we been given the opportunity would have resolved this directly with you.
