I am a visionary artist working in Victoria BC. My preferred mediums are oil paint and charcoal and I feel an alchemical connection to them both. I think of my process as transmuting a prima materia; oils and pigments, or carbon dust, that has a close link to the natural world and a long history of human use, into vision, imagination, and maybe someday - the philosopher's stone. To me, art and magick are one and the same.
