Two Ways to Download:
1. After your purchase is confirmed by Etsy, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the file (check spam).

2. Log into your Etsy account with the email address you purchased from, select your profile icon, click "Purchases," and a download button will be located next to your purchase.

If you are still unable to locate your download file, please message me through Etsy or you can email me at builds@trishabuildsit.com.

All dimensions are listed in the product description as well as listing photos.

An approximate cost to build can be found in the product description. I provide an estimated cost to buy all materials for the project (including things like wood glue and sandpaper). Costs will vary based on location, time of year, and tax rates. Your costs may vary.

No, the reality is that providing this service to every customer would take hundreds of hours. Instead, I’ve created modification guides for our most popular plans to help you make the changes you need. These guides are either included as a bonus or available for separate purchase.

No, all of our plans are in inches. Since I am not familiar with the metric system and wood sizes vary by country, I prefer not to convert plans to metric units to avoid any potential errors.

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible after purchase, all digital products are non-refundable.

This protects our materials from being stolen by others to be used illegally and protects us from someone downloading our products and requesting a refund to get our products for “free.” By completing your purchase you agree to this policy.
