I ordered this as a memorial for my dog that passed. Mustering up the courage to ship my dog’s fur to someone was not an easy feat for me. Alyssia was extremely kind and understanding along every step of the way. I felt like my heart dog’s fur would be taken care of in her hands. When I got the felted heart it exceeded all of my expectations! I can not recommend this enough for any pet parent.

Everything turned out great! One of my dog’s brown spots are missing at the base of her tail, but that’s ok because everything else is spot on and I can tell it’s my dog. I love it so much.
