3 na 5 gwiazdekSeller was great to deal with re: a mix-up with my order. The only reason for the neutral rating is due to me having to return the item through the mail, which was a somewhat inconvenient. I understand that mistakes happen, and the seller handled it very professionally.

5 na 5 gwiazdekI decided to keep this bag after a lot of hemming and hawwing. I am SO glad I did! It turned out to be a perfect size for textbooks, not gigantic like I thought it would be. I love the style and would definitely do business here again! Thx guy(s)!
