How To Measure Your Size For Clothing
Please note that the measurements provided are specific to our products and may not match standard size charts. We strongly recommend comparing them with your own body measurements before placing an order. If you need any help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us.
Cancellation Policy
As we start preparing your order shortly after it is placed, cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Orders that have entered production or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Production & Delivery Time
Each product listing shows the current processing time. While production time may vary depending on our workload, the processing time stated at the time of purchase will be honored. To avoid delays, please make sure all required information is provided when placing your order.
Exchange / Return / Refund Policy
All items in our shop are made-to-order or personalized, so we do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a mistake or defect from our side. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Updating Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address. In that case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the issue (including close-up images and measurements if applicable). We will gladly arrange a replacement.
Tracking Shows Delivered But Not Received
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend first checking with your local post office or contacting the carrier for assistance. If the package still cannot be located, please reach out to us and we will help you with the next steps.

Please ensure your name, shipping address, and personalization details are entered correctly when placing your order. We can only process orders based on the information provided at checkout and cannot be responsible for errors in the details submitted.
