5 out of 5 starsThese earrings are lovely! They create the perfect delicate look that also gives a goth/punk edge. The metal is nice and shiny to a mirror finish. The closures on the hoops are secure. The seller was helpful and communicative. I love wearing these!

1 out of 5 starsThis "seller" is a scammer. Was warm to get money, immediately discounted the item by more than half after payment. Then for weeks said it was being 'prepared'. Only then for me to receive a TEMU plastic hoodie, the kind that make you feel like you're going to puke from touch... They weren't surprised when I notified that not only had a package arrived but that it wasn't what they promised it would be. $150.. No communication and when problems arise they shut the WHOLE shop down. Deleted the listing and fell off the planet. *photo of what was received* I see you, Natalia... Just like the evil lady from Rocky and Bullwinkle, Natasha. It'll catch up to you. I'm not worried. Underground more like Underhanded.

I’m sorry this experience didn’t meet expectations — that’s not the standard I aim to provide. This order has already been fully refunded, and I’ve offered to send the correct item at no cost to resolve the issue properly. I take responsibility when something goes wrong and work to make it right. If you’re open to it, I’m still ready to complete that resolution for you.
