Item is nothing as described. Quality is terrible and when I applied for a refund there was no response. I had to escalate with Etsy. Do not order

The product was disappointing to receive. It was made badly quality-wise, with shoddy glazing and uneven shaping. Bought as a gift but am unable to gift it due to the make of the product. The one silver lining of the purchase is that the vendor was very responsive when the first shipment went missing due to the shipper vendor they used and they offered a full refund or a remake. Regretting not having taken the refund instead.

Never arrived. Seller refused to answer messages. Do not buy as others have said…

Poor quality. Took over 6 weeks to ship. looks like the person who made this slabbed cheap clay and paint together. There is no way these pictures promoted came from this seller.

Very disappointed. Terrible quality with dots all over - not a smooth ceramic. One also came with a dent in it.

The item did not match the description and was also broken. First the owner answered me and then he stopped. I’m so sad.

Per my last review I do not recommend these frames.

From the listing photos the quality looks amazing. In person the frames are sloppy to say best. Discoloration of other colors on the solid white one I purchased. Slice marks on the others and sharp glue like pieces on another. I love supporting the arts and independent sellers but this is just poor quality. They don’t even come with a piece of glass or film to cover the picture holes that should be going into them. Extremely disappointed in my purchase.

I really want to support independent artist but this purchase absolutely crushed me. What I received only remotely ‘resembled’ what was in the listing photos, making it feel very much like a cheap knockoff. For customization I picked ‘beige’ in size 4, which should have one of the largest photo displays, but what I received was a greenish mess with a photo display of barely 10 cm (4 inches). Not to mention the shotty molding, uneven cutting and glaze work. I don’t pretend to know anything about ceramic making but I at least expect to receive what I carefully picked and ordered and this sadly was not it. The only saving grace was the customer service, the shop owner was very quick to respond to my questions and provided tracking as I asked.
