The photos were placed perfectly and I had requested engraving on the back of the locket which was done nicely. Very good quality. Customer service was great, very quick to respond to my questions and very professional. Highly recommend.

Return:
We are happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of order for a refund of the piece(s) to purchaser. A refund is not guaranteed if return is made without authorization.
A fee of ~CAD$15 will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount we originally paid to ship the package to you.

Looking to change your piece? We can give a new length, material changes and make any repairs. Any remakes/reworks are free within six months of order; after six months, pricing varies.
Exchange:
Changed your mind? We’ll exchange your piece for something else within two weeks of your order. Free, up to the cost of the original item.
