4 out of 5 starsThe colours were more muted and not as soft or cushioned as I had hoped. The dragon was not as well defined. It may fluff out since it was so tightly wrapped. Can’t fault packaging, delivery or estimated arrival time.

You are completely right about the tight wrapping—to ensure our handmade wool rugs travel safely internationally, they are rolled very tightly. Because of this, the rug can temporarily appear a bit flat and the 3D sculpted design might not look fully defined right out of the box. Please allow it a few days to unroll, breathe, and acclimate to your room. The wool fibers will naturally fluff up, restoring the soft cushioning and making the intricate dragon details pop beautifully. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope the rug brings a touch of magic to your space as it settles!"
