All designs are created exclusively by our studio. We collaborate with trusted manufacturing partners who help produce our products according to our original specifications, artwork and designs. All creative concepts, product development and design work are created and managed by us.
► PROCESSING TIME & ORDER STATUS
Each of our products is thoughtfully crafted with great care and attention to detail and is well worth the wait.
Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up the transit time and does not affect production or processing times.
• Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (UK deliveries only).
• Made-to-order items are produced, processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
► WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?
For all orders, items that are currently in stock at our warehouse will be dispatched within 1 business day.
Made-to-order items may be shipped separately by our production partners depending on current production schedules and processing times.
Your shipping confirmation email may list all items purchased, even if they are being delivered in separate packages.
► RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges based on personal preferences, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
• Personal preferences regarding style, appearance, fit, or design
We only offer replacements or exchanges if an item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or fault.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
Any issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery and supported with clear photographs showing the defect.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
► SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION
We work with a variety of international postal and courier services to deliver orders worldwide.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times become estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, holiday periods, transportation delays, strikes, force majeure events and carrier-related issues.
While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery experience, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in transit.
Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers are not considered grounds for order cancellation, refunds or claims against our shop.
If a package arrives damaged during transit, the buyer must retain all original packaging and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item for submission to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been shipped, the transportation process is handled according to the policies, procedures and terms of the selected carrier.
