Changing sizes/Personalization Details
If you made a mistake in your order, you can ask for adjustments only within 6 hours of ordering. These adjustments can be about size changes, text or birthstone changes in you order.
Please note that we produce what you have asked for in your order. We are not responsible if you requested wrong sizes/text/birthstones. Please contact as soon as possible and within 6 hours of purchase if a need arises for an order change.
Change request to your order is NOT GUARANTEED. If your order is already in production, it cannot be undone.
*Note: You can't change order details multiple times. Once 6 hours after purchase hit, orders go into production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products
Please note it is possible you may receive a damaged/defective item for various reasons (transit damage, production error) as this problem can happen with any seller for any product or service.
We kindly ask you to contact us directly if there is any issue with your order. PICTURE of the item is a MUST so we can take a look and offer you the right solution. Sometimes it's a quick fix such as tangled chain and measuring the size. We are also always happy to offer replacement or full refund for defective/damaged/incorrect orders. PICTURE of the item is a MUST to issue a refund/replacement.
You must send the product back to our return address if you want a refund or replacement.
Care instructions
Usually, there is no need to clean our jewelry. If a need occurs, you can wipe it with a fully dry fabric.
We do recommend to keep it away from excessive water, lotions, perfume and alcohol so it doesn't wear off and lasts longer. These chemicals may react to the materials of the jewelry and can cause your jewelry to change color/make stones fall. When you are not wearing your jewelry, you should keep it in something dry or in its box for extra caution.
Sizing details
All of our sizes are in US Standard measures. Our sizes for rings range from 3-13 US. Necklaces and chains range from 14 inches to 22 inches. Pendants, charms, birthstones may vary depending on the product. Please refer to descriptions of each product for more detailed information.
Please do not purchase custom rings if you do not know your size. If you do not know your exact measurements, we recommend you go to jeweler to determine your size. Because custom items cannot be resold, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our jewelry come in elegant gift boxes. If your order is a gift, you can mark it as gift and leave your gift note. We will gift wrap it and add your note.
International Shipping
Please note that when we ship internationally, we have no control over customs or any other country-related postal charges. Some customers may pay nothing in some countries, where some customers report they have to pay a customs fee. Each country is different and we don't have all the information regarding specific countries. As a result, we put it in our store policy so customers can check for themselves. Please check your own country specific customs fees and process.
