Shipments are normally made in the times calculated from the table that you can find in the product sheet, unless you have made different agreements with the customer.During periods of greatest demand (such as December or August for example), these times can be longer.If the product is already made and therefore present in the warehouse the waiting time for the shipment of the product will be 1/2 weeks, if instead the product is to be made it will take about 3/4 weeks.

Le spedizioni sono normalmente effettuate nei tempi calcolati dalla tabella che puoi trovare all'interno della scheda prodotto, a meno di non aver preso accordi differenti col cliente.
Durante i periodi di maggior richiesta (come dicembre o agosto ad esempio), questi tempi possono allungarsi.
Se il prodotto è già realizzato e quindi presente in magazzino il tempo di attesa per la spedizione del prodotto sarà di ½ settimane, se invece il prodotto è da realizzare occorreranno circa ¾ settimane.

Se vuoi una valutazione da parte mia per la richiesta di reso contattami ENTRO 3 GIORNI DI CALENDARIO dal ricevimento della merce.

Il rimborso corrisponderà al solo valore della merce acquistata;

Il rimborso della merce sarà effettuato entro i 14 giorni successivi all'invio dalla data di ricezione del prodotto.
Il rimborso sarà rilasciato solo se, entro questi 14 giorni, avrò ricevuto indietro il prodotto.
Per ricevere indietro l'intera cifra del valore del prodotto,
il prodotto deve essere:
- nel suo stato originario
- non indossato
- pulito e intatto
- con tutte le etichette attaccate e nella sua eventuale confezione originaria.
Non rispettando questi requisiti, la merce avrà una perdita di valore, che sarà sottratto dal totale dell'importo rimborsato.
