I had custom requests to my order, and communication and fulfillment for the order were all handled fantastically! I was able to describe what I was picturing, see a mock up, and feel confident about what I was ordering. We didn’t have a name for our baby til I was 37 weeks but I was able to get the animal/trees ordered and then get the name once we had that figured out at a later date!
