The seller has also already helped me with a few things I didn't know how to fix & she's super quick and sweet!

Honestly the best money I’ve spent — it saved me so many headaches while setting up my shop’s website. How do I access my Canva template?
After your payment is processed, Etsy will email you a download link. This will be a PDF containing links to your purchased template. You can also access it anytime under “Purchases and Reviews” in your Etsy account.
How do I access my purchased Wix website template?
While placing an order, please leave the email address associated with your Wix account in the personalization field. Your Wix email template will be transferred to you as a brand new website within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Please be on the look out for an email from Wix regarding this and please accept the transfer (the link expires after 3 days).
How do I access my purchased Shopify Theme?
While placing an order, please leave the email address associated with your Shopify account in the personalization field. Within the next 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a downloadable ZIP file. This will be your purchased Shopify theme. Simply follow the installation guide to install it in your store and you're golden!
Can I customize my Canva template using a free Canva account?
Absolutely! No matter what Canva template you purchase from my store, please rest assured that you can edit them using either a free or paid account. All my templates are carefully created using free elements only so that you aren't forced to upgrade to pro.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the instant-access nature of digital products, I don’t offer refunds. Please read the item description carefully and reach out if you have questions before purchasing.
If I send you a message, when can I expect to hear back?
I am based in Lahore, Pakistan (GMT+5 / UTC+5), so please take this time zone difference in consideration when waiting on a reply.
