The lampshade is so unusual and I can’t wait to see it up once our lounge is decorated. We are so pleased with it and thank you so much as well for the little lampshade gift you sent with it 😊 x

5 out of 5 starsWorking with Viki was outstanding as she is a true artist and easy to communicate with during the several month ordering process. I needed a specific size and ceiling attachment which Viki easily created without additional cost. She shipped the item quickly from Ukraine to the USA; the lamp packaged so well that not one crack or anything broken especially given the irregular border. Viki also generously added a small "baby" lamp which will be painted another color and used in the entrance to the apartment. What a generous gesture!! If you want something truly unique, want to support sellers in Ukraine, and have a stellar experience, I highly recommend Viki and her store....so beautiful!!

What if I didn't pick up the parcel from the post office and it was returned to you?
I will be happy to ship the item to you again as soon as it is returned to me, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the second shipping. Alternatively, if you prefer, I can issue refund once the parcel is returned to me. Returns
I accept returns. If you're not satisfied with your new lampshade, you can return it to me. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Ukraine. Unfortunately, there may be occasional delays in the delivery process. But don't you worry, I'm here to assist you! In most cases, delayed lampshades tend to arrive within the next two weeks.
