Hello, I'm J Quintin the proud creator of Whimsy Canvas Threads. Here's a bit about our story and how we got started.
My artistic career began in the vibrant world of comic and art conventions. For nine years, I had the privilege of creating and interacting with a diverse range of art lovers, which has been both a learning experience and a source of inspiration.
While conventions allowed me to meet and connect with a lively and passionate audience, I felt the urge to reach beyond these events. I wanted to engage with those who might not have the opportunity to attend conventions or those who sought a more personalized interaction with my work.
And so, Whimsy Canvas Threads was conceived. This platform has enabled me to broaden my reach, allowing me to share my love for art with a larger audience through the medium of clothing - specifically shirts and sweatshirts.
Transitioning from creating designs for posters to designs for clothing has been an exciting challenge. A design that makes a stunning poster might not translate to a compelling shirt that someone would want to wear, but navigating this new artistic landscape has been a fun challenge!
Whimsy Canvas Threads is more than just the next step in my career. It's a labor of love and a testament to years of hard work, relentless learning, and an unwavering passion for art. Each product is designed and crafted with care, and I hope to share a piece of my world with you through them.
