Placed my order in October and didn’t receive anything. I then messaged the shop multiple times and got no response. Etsy got me a refund thankfully.

We love our giraffe cake topper and can't wait to use it at our zoo wedding! Shipping was fast and seller was super responsive and wonderful.

Shortly after purchasing the company apparently stopped selling. Therefore I never received the item

Unfortunately I never received the order and after the initial communication, the seller went quiet. I later saw a message to say that she has stopped trading on Etsy. It was such a disappointing experience as I had a cake order and I then had to rush to find someone else who did similar animal toppers. Thankfully Etsy did a refund after I opened a case.

I ordered these items for my daughter’s first birthday cake on 27th Oct and paid for next day delivery. To this date, I have not heard a word from the seller despite multiple messages. The item has not been dispatched and nor has the seller responded to and of my messages or my requests for a refund. Shocking customer service. As the item is almost a month late, I would like a refund ASAP please.

The item was never received and the seller didn’t reply to any of my messages. Etsy gave me a refund. Very disappointing experience!
