Is tracking available for my order?
Yes! When you checkout there is an option to add tracking for an additional cost. Please message us if you have any issues. :)
What type of printing is on the garment?
Direct-to-garment printing embeds the ink into the fabric, unlike vinyl, which sits on the surface and can peel or chip after washing. This method may cause the colors on your printed shirt to appear slightly lighter than the listing photo. While we strive to show the true colors in our photos, please note there may be slight variations from the listing image due to this printing process.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
WillowBudStudio is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is included in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not refund previous customers the 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment fee.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds since every item is custom made. If an item breaks in shipment, we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a cheque in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance, please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal.
**Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.
The colors in my item do not exactly match the item in the listing photo
The actual colors of the product may differ slightly from those in the listing photo due to variations in color monitor displays and human color perception. Due to these factors, there may be slight color variations and we cannot guarantee that the colors seen on your screen will perfectly match the product's true color. Also, the direct-to-garment printing method may cause the colors on your printed item to appear slightly lighter than the listing photo.
What are the care instructions for this item?
For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean and do not iron directly on the design. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on?
A detailed size chart is available in all clothing listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

If you are looking for an oversized tee or sweatshirt we recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. Refer to the size photo on the listing for the instructions on sizes.
