Iceberg Effect
You've definitely met people, who look simple, but have extremely rich inner world. This is what I enjoy the most in my life. To search, explore, and marvel people and things.
The same motto suits my work.
I love simple design with clear minimalistic forms, when everything you make has it's goal and function. And it MUST be of great quality and full of pleasant surprises inside.
Wools as a material suits this motto 100%. Everyone knows what lamb wool is, but no scientist in the XXI century can reproduce it's qualities in an artificial material:
– warm, but not overheating;
– breathable, and moisture wicking;
– dust repellent, and antibacterial;
– relieves joints pain, and soothes muscle aches.
Sounds incredible, right?
Our world is filled with low quality stuff, which serves it's purpose (due to low quality) for a couple of... hours or days at it's max, and afterwards starts it's loooooooong life on the junk yard. And I see 2 simple rules to follow to avoid it:
1). Make high quality products, so that people use them for a long time.
2). Try to use recyclable or biodegradable materials.
Two simple rules I follow to make our world a cleaner and safer place.
