I'm 41. ADHD. Mid-comeback. Building back in real time.
I started making these tools when I needed them myself. A score card for the worst days. A tracker for the urges I didn't want to act on. A planner that didn't expect me to act neurotypical. Nothing on the shelf fit. So I built what fit.
Now I sell them so other people don't have to start from zero. ADHD adults. Sober curious people. Anyone in their 40s trying to come back from the bottom half of their life. Whether you're going fully sober, drinking intentionally, or just trying to get your head and body back — there's something here.
The tools are real because the work is real. I'm still in the middle of it. You can watch me use them in real time on my socials.
Built for the day you fall apart."YCYR is a Black-owned shop based in Texas — built by an ADHD operator who needed these tools first and made them when nothing else fit."
