Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Because every item is personalized and made to order just for you, I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production begins. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake on my end, message me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I'll make it right. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, sizes, and colors when placing your order
My event is coming up soon — what if my order arrives late or damaged?
I recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event — and even earlier during holiday and peak seasons, when carriers run slower. If your date is tight, message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic. The delivery date Etsy shows is an estimate, not a guarantee — once shipped, transit is in the carrier's hands. If an order arrives damaged or has an error on my end, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I'll replace it. However, I'm not responsible for event-related costs or losses if an order arrives after your event date. Last-minute orders are at your own risk — but message me first and I'll always do my best to make it work!
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
A digital mockup may or may not be sent depending on the order — typically I'll send one for custom designs or larger group orders, while simpler personalizations may go straight to printing using the exact details you provided at checkout. If you'd like to see a mockup before printing, just request one in your order notes or send me a message — I'm happy to provide it! If I do send a mockup, please reply promptly with your approval or edits; to keep your order on schedule, if I don't hear back within a reasonable time, I'll print exactly as shown. Either way, please double-check all spelling, names, dates, sizes, and colors when ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order after buying?
Yes — within 1 hour of purchase, or before printing begins, just message me. If I've sent you a mockup, reply quickly with any changes — once printing has started, I can't change or cancel the order since it's custom-made. Reach out as early as you can and I'll do my best to help.
How long will my order take?
Each listing shows the processing time and an estimated delivery date — but please note the delivery date is Etsy's automatic estimate, not a guarantee. Most orders arrive on time or early, but actual transit depends on the carrier. During peak and holiday seasons (November–December, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and busy wedding months), carriers often run slower, so please order extra early. If you need your items by a specific date, message me before ordering — I'll give you an honest, realistic timeline. Rush options are often available for bachelorette weekends and weddings.
Can you do a rush order for my event date?
Often yes! Message me your event date before you order and I'll confirm whether I can hit it and whether a rush is needed. Bachelorette and wedding timelines are my specialty, so tight turnarounds are familiar — just reach out early so we can plan it.
How do I send my names, sizes, and details?
Add your personalization (names, dates, colors, sizes, quantities) in the "Personalization" box at checkout, or message me directly. For bridal party orders, a simple list of names + sizes is perfect. If anything's unclear, I'll always follow up before printing.
What sizes do you offer and how do they fit?
All of my tees are genuine Comfort Colors — known for their soft, garment-dyed fabric with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit. They run true to size; Available sizes are listed in each item's variations. Message me if you'd like help picking sizes for your whole group — happy to assist with bridal party orders!
Do you offer bulk or bridal party group orders?
Absolutely — group orders are my specialty! Message me your quantities, sizes, and design idea and I'll help you coordinate matching shirts, can coolers, and gifts for the whole crew. Reach out for timelines on larger orders.
How do I care for my custom shirt?
To keep the print looking great: wash inside-out in cold water with like colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design and skip the bleach. Gentle washing keeps your personalized tee looking good for many memories to come.
