The only negative is that the engraving was so tiny but that was probably due to me wanting a sentence engraved rather than a name. Would highly recommend and no doubt Ill be ordering more.

What kind of photos work best for 3D engraving?
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting work best. Avoid blurry, filtered, or low-light images. For best results, choose a photo where the main subject is centred and clearly visible.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every box comes beautifully packaged in a gift box, ready to give straight away.
What if I need it before Christmas?
Please place your order early to ensure on-time delivery. We always do our best to process Christmas orders quickly, but early ordering guarantees peace of mind.
Can you engrave company logos or bulk orders?
Yes! We can engrave business logos, team photos, or custom designs for corporate or event gifts. Please message us for bulk order discounts.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Because each piece is custom-made and personalised, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production begins.
However, you may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase if you change your mind. After that, the order will move into processing and cannot be cancelled.
Non-personalised items: You may return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
