Some pros - item was shipped out in a timely matter; item quality wasn't so bad when I tried it on. The item is on the thinner side of fabrics, which is fine with me; I prefer a more casual feel. Seller did give me a "thank you" coupon for the next purchase. Some cons - the item I ordered wasn't the picture, which I wanted; it was close. Seller didn't explicitly mention that each design would be unique in the listing. The size runs bigger even with the belt, but seller didn't mention in the listing that they run a bit on the bigger side so size down if you order this one. I would say overall the communication on the items should be better stated since all of these items are being delivered & for that reason only I put the customer service lower. Wasn't the worst, but could be better with the descriptions on listings
