Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom pieces. However, we want you to love the jewelry/accessories you purchase from us and are happy to work with you to make adjustments if you are not fully satisfied with your order.

We take extra care when shipping out orders. All jewelry comes in a gift box that is placed inside of a secure bubble mailer for shipping. Unless otherwise specified (in the "note to seller" section in checkout), multiple items may be consolidated into the same box to minimize the amount of packaging materials necessary.

► RUSH ORDERS: If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select expedited shipping when placing your order. We also recommend noting the date you need it by in the "note to seller" section so that we can rush shipping appropriately. If arrangements cannot be made in the desired time frame with USPS, we will contact you to discuss shipping options.

► USA: Standard shipping is free for all of our US orders and shipped via USPS First Class mail within 1-2 days after the order is placed. Once shipped, First Class packages generally arrive within 2-6 days barring shipping delays that are beyond our control.

We offer two options for expedited shipping: "Express" and "1 Day." Express packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and should arrive within 1-4 days. Orders that are upgraded to 1 Day shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express, and should arrive within 1-2 days.

We DO NOT profit from shipping upgrades, and our rates are based on the *minimum* rates offered by USPS. What we charge often does not cover the full cost of expedited shipping or packaging materials.

► INTERNATIONAL: We welcome international orders, and ship via USPS First-Class Package International. Exceptions will be countries with packaging restrictions due to the risk of large fines. For these cases, the order will be cancelled. We apologize in advance if we cannot ship to your location.

We are not authorized to collect international customs fees, taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are based on the laws of the particular non-US country/region.

All international orders will be marked with product descriptions and declared at the full purchase value, including those indicated "mark as gift" as the purchase price is required for customs forms/shipping labels.

Please message us ASAP if you are not delighted with your purchase. We want you to enjoy your new jewelry &/or accessories, and will work with you to ensure that you do.

If an item has been authorized for return, please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging materials and mail it back to the address that we provide to you. Once the item(s) have been received and deemed to be in their original condition, the purchase price will be refunded.

Although it is unexpected, in the case of an item arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to determine the best way to rectify the situation.

We are not responsible for packages that become lost or stolen during shipping. Unfortunately, it is out of our control once a package has been shipped out. Though our bubble mailers are generally small enough to fit in most mailboxes, certain large orders may be placed in a cardboard box for shipment. If package theft is common at your residence or shipping location, we strongly recommend having your order shipped to a secure address. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.

Certain pieces of jewelry are prone to oxidation over time due to air exposure. Because of this, we only use high quality materials such as stainless steel and tarnish-resistant metal components. For non-stainless steel pieces, we strongly recommend proper storage to preserve the longevity of your jewelry. This includes minimizing exposure to moisture and light when not being worn. Avoid direct contact with cosmetics, lotions, and perfumes, which tend to react with some metals and cause discoloration. Sweat can also corrode metals, so keep your jewelry dry and wipe it down as needed. When storing your jewelry, we love placing a small piece of 3M anti-tarnish strips for an added layer of protection.

► DELAYS: All items are shipped out within the timeframe indicated. Please understand that once a package is in USPS' possession, we have no control over what happens from there. The estimated delivery time frame is generally reliable, but is subject to occasional delays (weather emergencies, holiday season, workforce/facility issues, etc.). We cannot predict when/if delays will happen and will do our best to directly assist when possible.

► WRONG ADDRESS: It is your responsibility to input the correct address during checkout. We generate shipping labels directly through Etsy and will not be held responsible for any issues related to an incorrect/outdated/incomplete address input by the buyer.
