4 out of 5 starsFast shipping and excellent customer service. One draw back, however, if you want these cups for an 8 oz cup of coffee or tea they are too small. Description says these are 9 oz. They are not. Before using I put 8oz of water into a measuring cup then poured it in one of these cups. It began to run over the top of the cup. Had to return since I can not use them for 8 oz cups of tea or coffee. The good thing was the excellent customer service. My messages were always answered quickly and I was able to return these easily. And I quickly received a refund.
